Beginners welcome - full instruction provided

All classes are conducted by my self a fully qualified EKI Kettlebell Instructor: 0451 plus qualification is REPS registered.

Popularised by strength and flexibility coach Pavel Tsatsouline, and world champion kettlebell athlete Valery Fedorenko, these traditional Russian exercise aids increase strength, endurance, balance, and agility, simultaneously strengthening the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total-body movements.

For decades, kettlebell lifting has been embraced internationally, and is now particularly popular with mixed martial arts exponents.

Class information

All classes are conducted by fully qualified kettlebell instructor Mark Bunce. Private one-to-one training sessions are available on request.

Each class lasts roughly 45 minutes in total.

Because they offer outstanding all-round health and fitness benefits (see above). In addition, kettlebells are extremely versatile, easily replacing lever bars, medicine balls, weight belts, barbells, dumbbells, and many types of cardio device.

Can kettlebells be used by women?

Ideal for ladies who may shy away from traditional weight training but love how exercises combines resistance and cardio workouts together to target those problem areas.
