3) Strawberry Tango: 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 cup of mango, 1 cup water and green shake mix. Put in a mixer with ice.
4) Mango Tango: 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 cup pineaplle juice, 1/2 cup water and Greenberry Shakeology. Ice, mixer, mix.
5) Lemonana: 3/4 cup of organic lemonade, 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup rice milk and green superfood shake mix. You guessed it, mix it up with ice in a mixer.
6) Berry Extreme: 1/2 cup blackberries, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/4 blueberries, 1/2 cup unsweetened cranbeery juice, 1/2 cup water and Shakeology (Greenberry). Blend it up, mixer sytle with ice.
7) Cranberry Chiller: 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice, 1/2 cup water and a wonderful green shake scoop. I expect you think I’m going to convey you to blend it. Well, you’re very right! With ice.
You may want to think about a few tips to get the most out of these recipes. One thing that you can do is to add ice to taste. You can add more ice for a thicker shake. Once using a blender, you can mix it until it is nice and creamy!
You also have choices! You can elect to use fresh or frozen fruit. You can also switch and add regular, skim, almond or rice milk. I do not recommend soy milk in general, but it’s up to you. the more “milk” you add, the creamier your smoothie will be. Enjoy!
